Julie Hamilton is a Virginia native now living in Phoenix Arizona. She has been painting for over 30 years and uses her art to make the world a more colorful place. She holds a BFA in visual art from James Madison University and her Masters Degree in Liberal Studies concentrating in visual art from Hollins University.
